“I went to My Haven Sauna yesterday and everyone was correct. It was my 1st Sauna and it was fabulous. The owner was lovely, explaining everything to me, very encouraging to get in the water!!! From the scented water on the coals, the foot bowl, the sea salt and oils, the cleanliness, I can see why everyone says this Sauna is the best. I can't wait to go again. Congratulations”

“This is by far the nicest beach sauna I've visited so far. The scenery is breathtaking, and it's next to a lovely swimming spot, but it's the small lovely touches that make this place great. The space is decorated with the Owner's own art, one can borrow flip-flops if one has forgotten, there are sauna hats available for everyone, there's is gentle and relaxing music playing, and at the end of the session, complimentary sea salt infused with essential oil is offered. Just the perfect experience! Thank you, Jean, for such thoughtfulness and attention to detail.”

“This is just the best thing to ever happen in Cork. I try to go every week, and its more a case of I want to go more than once a week. The sauna is spotlessly clean & the view is magnificent. The feeling when its over is utter bliss, totally chilled out & blood pressure at the perfect level. I cannot recommend this enough 10/10”
