It's an unhurried, personal setup, open long evenings midweek and all day at weekends.

“I had a glorious sauna at Sauna Sasta today. The views of Dunmoran beach from the fabulous window inside the Sauna was spectacular and I felt like I was in another world. Great temperature too and was able to stay in it 25 minutes and then dip in the Alantic and then back in. Not a bad afternoon! Jackie is so lovely.”

“Epic seaside sauna experience! Serious heat, amazing sea view (those waves are mesmerising), extremely clean and Jackie is the absolute best - she even drove to the shop to get us bottles of water, which made our sauna time more enjoyable and free from dehydration! The sea dip was the cherry on top 🌊 This is a must do along the Wild Atlantic Way, boosts the appetite and you sleep like a baby after. Highly recommend, can't wait to go back! Nancy & Mitch 🦦”
