About this sauna
Secret Garden Sauna was Drogheda's first dedicated sauna and ice bath recovery venue, with room for twelve in the sauna and three two-person ice baths for the cold plunge. There are spacious changing rooms and showers, plus the option to join a yoga or meditation class alongside the usual sauna session.
