The Haven sits on the pier at Downings, where the cold plunge is a jump off the seawall into clean Donegal water. The sauna holds an excellent temperature and the views over the bay are the sort people photograph. Spotless, friendly and easy: swim, warm up, repeat, which is exactly what a pier sauna should be.
