The cold plunges are properly cold, the changing area is well sized with lockers, and the whole place is kept spotless. “Very central to mullingar with lots of free and safe parking. The sauna, cold water baths and changing rooms were all spotless. The Sauna Club is a fantastic place to relax and let my aching muscles and joints recover. Floristry is a very physical job, lifting and moving heavy buckets of water, flowers, foliage and arrangements... I highly recommend it to anyone who feels physical effects of their work day.”
