About this sauna
On the shoreline at Garrettstown Beach, around seven miles outside Kinsale, Wild Wellness run a custom-built traditional Finnish sauna alongside locally roasted coffee and homemade food from the beachside community around it. Sauna yoga, group bookings and seasonal pop-ups along the coast run through the summer, all built around what they call 'soul-soothing sea sweat.'

“What an amazing experience! We attended as a Hen party group. No experience required the yoga was beautifully led and so inclusive, a gorgeous way to begin. The sauna and swim was great fun and drew lots of squeals and the delicious hot chocolate, coffees and açai bowls were such a treat but the picnic on the beach with time to chill and chat just made us feel so taken care of and special. Thank you to Ciara, Emily and all the team! AWESOME!”

“Such an amazing sauna right next to the sea. Plenty of space for a big group. The sauna was kept over 100°, much higher than other saunas around. The staff were so friendly especially Hazel and Bronwyn. I would highly recommend if you are in the area. The big glass window shows off the fabulous view of the ocean 😊”
