Cè Sauna is a Finnish-style wood-fired barrel sauna on the banks of Lough Key in Boyle, inside Lough Key Forest and Activity Park, with McDermott's Castle in view and the lake itself for the cold plunge. It's a secluded, scenic spot, complete with changing facilities and lightly scented oils in the sauna water.

“Beautiful setting and great changing facilities. Unfortunately however the sauna was just simply not hot enough, struggling to reach last 50 degrees for the entire session. (Should really have been 90/100). The guy working there was apologetic and very nice about it but it doesn't change the fact that I paid 15 quid to sit in a slightly warm shed for 45 minutes.”

“What a wonderful way to spend an afternoon. A sauna with a view of the stunning Lough Key, a clear lake in which to take a dip and chairs to take in the scenery after you're done. Bliss! Value for money-wise this can't be beaten. Add to the fact that is good for the body and soul, it's a must. As an added bonus this sauna has changing rooms and a place to store your clothes. I can't recommend Ce Sauna enough.”
