Cedar & Steam run social sauna sessions at both Ballycroneen Strand and Guileen Bay in East Cork, each right on the sea for a dip during or after. Regulars credit Mike's knowledge and enthusiasm for making it one of the best sauna experiences they've had in Ireland, and treatments like a body scrub are sometimes on offer too.
