Hidden Sauna Bridgefield runs on sustainably sourced ash timber from its own farm at Castlemartyr, with a stream right alongside for the cold plunge and a couple of resident alpacas roaming the grounds. The facilities are kept to a high standard, and visitors credit owner Harry with creating what more than one calls a genuine gem.

“Had another brilliant experience at Hidden Sauna Bridgefield. The facilities are always spotless, well maintained and run to a very high standard. The sauna itself is excellent, and having the fresh cold water from the Dower River flowing right beside it makes the whole experience even better. Harry the owner is A1 always helpful, welcoming and passionate about what he’s built. You can tell a lot of care goes into the place. Whether you’re there to relax, recover after training or just switch off for an hour, I couldn’t recommend it highly enough. A real hidden gem in East Cork.”
