“A very nice member of staff dropped us down the the sauna in a golf buggy. I asked he how hot it will be and she said it would be between 80-90 degrees. It never went above 75 and was 68 at one stage, there was a cold breeze coming thru the shut door. I informed management and after they checked the temperature on an app where it said 69 degrees there wasn’t as much as an apology! Go to a different sauna this one is rubbish- nice view tho- thankfully the management isn’t in charge of that!!”
