Fire & Ice Sauna sits behind Cable O'Leary's in Ballinskelligs, with direct beach access and steps running straight from the sauna to the sea. Social sessions run in the shared sauna, or you can book the private sauna for up to eight. Either way the spectacular coastal view is part of the experience, and full-day private hire is available for events and groups.

“Best view of all the saunas I have done and the hottest ! I cannot recommend this sauna enough , the view is spectacular and the heat was spot on. It is not a wood burning one which I wondered about but I needn’t have worried , so hot and hassle free. My partner was a first timer and is now hooked ! Great availability too . “We have had saunas all over Ireland and the view from fire and ice is the very best. The sauna was spotless, the water in ballinskelligs was gorgeous. The young man running it contacted us after to ensure we enjoyed ourselves, lovely touch. A small bit warmer would have been welcome but a wonderful experience, highly recommended.”

“What an incredible experience i enjoyed there with Remi taking care of us. A beautiful wooden sauna overlooking ballinskelligs bay. Enjoyed 10 mins of heat before running back into the sea for a quick cool down before returning once more. A must do if you are in the area!”
