Free Soul is practically on the beach at Cahore, close enough that the sea dip is a hop from the door. The wood-fired sauna runs properly hot and is cleaned after every session, with a cafe and a cliff walk on the doorstep. Shelley and her team are why regulars keep coming back, dreaming up full moon evenings and sunrise sessions along the way.

“Lovely wood fired sauna, immaculately cleaned after each session. Gorgeous view of the sea and located practically on the beach if u fancy a little dip. Free parking and the staff is lovely. Perfect event for catching up with friends. Bathrooms and outside shower located a little up the beach if needed.”
