“We use the sweaty horsebox when we are visiting family in the area, at least every two weeks and to have such a fantastic facility so close to ballinisker beach is a bonus. Conor who runs the sauna is very helpful and very friendly . Would highly recommend using the sauna anytime for anyone visiting the area. Five star facility and staff”

“I did the wellness morning of yoga, breathing and sauna with Conor and Alisha. What a fantastic experience. The yoga with alisha is just perfect not too hard and not too easy..just perfect. Her calmness and clarity make it perfect. Conor followed up with his breath classes which leave you in a total state of tranquility. Then off to ballinesker for a beautiful sauna and then homemade soup and sandwiches. The perfect day. Thank you so much”
