Inishkeel sits right on Narin Beach in Donegal, where the cold plunge is simply the Atlantic. The wood-burning sauna is a beautifully finished one, and the view of the strand through the steam is what people write home about. Sinéad will bend over backwards to fit a group in, and more than one visitor calls it the most scenic sauna they've been to.

“Fabulous experience at Portnoo today. Dips in the sea followed by visits to the sauna. Sinead was lovely and warmly welcomed us to her beautiful sauna. The view overlooking the beach was stunning. We will definitely be back next time we are in the area.”

“The most stunning and scenic sauna in the best location. I’ve been a few times and each time I absolutely love my experience at Inishkeel Sauna. Such a beautiful, luxurious wood-burning sauna in the most incredible setting overlooking Inishkeel Island and the Atlantic. The atmosphere was so peaceful and relaxing. You can really tell how much care and attention has gone into creating this space. One of the most unique and scenic sauna experiences I’ve had in Ireland and I already can’t wait to come back!”

The location is absolutely stunning and owner Sinead is professional, knowledgeable and provides exceptional customer service from start to finish. “Sinead provides a superb & friendly sauna service. Our last minute booking was no problem and communication with the host was prompt and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience of being in a unique environment where you can relax and enjoy the Inishkeel sauna, a dip in the ocean and if you’re lucky you will get a glimpse of dolphins and basking sharks! If you’re in the area this is a great place to visit for your well-being and overall health. We will definitely be sharing Inishkeel Sauna with friends and family for future visits to the area. “What a lovely location for a sauna! Amazing views of the beach, and you can’t beat mother nature’s cold plunge… Sinéad was very accommodating and opened up one hour early to fit a group of 4 of us in. Great value for money - we’d highly recommend!”
