“Was really looking forward to this Sauna, seen great reviews and at a great location, however i booked it for Monday morning 10.30 am. I reserved and paid for my place 3 and a half hours in advance through the website. Came to location early and there was nobody there, and then saw a cancellation email for 30 minutes before my allocated time. No explaination given or communication. If the Sauna is closed then the websote should be updated as a bare minimum. Really not acceptable and still no communication about my refund or why it was cancelled.”
