About this sauna
Pat and Aileen have made something quietly lovely just outside Foulksmills: a spacious outdoor sauna in a nature-filled space where the backdrop is fields and birdsong. Changing rooms, good facilities and a real welcome. Locals count themselves lucky to have it on the doorstep, and use it as much for recovery as for switching off.

“Oakdale Sauna and Wellness is set just outside the beautiful Foulksmills village. Pat and Aileen have created a wonder setting to enjoy a sauna including a cold outdoor shower.
