A wood-fired sauna at Kilmovee in Mayo with a relaxing, unhurried atmosphere and a helpful owner who makes the whole thing easy. Because the stove takes time to come up to heat, they ask you to book a couple of hours ahead, which is worth knowing before you set out. Visitors leave feeling completely reset.
