About this sauna

There may be no better view on Corca Dhuibhne than the one from Sánas: Mount Brandon out the front door and the Three Sisters through the main window. It's a wood-fired barrel sauna with a cold plunge and the sea close enough for a swim afterwards, and shared hour-long sessions come with a coffee. One visitor simply called it draíochtúil.

Great place for relaxing - the sauna is just great, with oceanview, outdoor shower and a cold water barrel you feel new born aftera short time :)

Loved our sauna experience here with epic views of the 3 sisters from inside the sauna. €12 for a 1 hour shared sauna session with a free coffee or electrolyte included from the nearby coffee van. The coffee was delicious, what an absolute bargain. We didn’t book online but online booking is available. We just pulled in while passing by and were lucky enough to secure a sauna session with just the 2 of us. The sauna itself was wood fired and about 105 degrees Celsius. There’s also essential oils that you can add to the water. The shower outside is cold and refreshing, the cold plunge barrel is not filtered so choose your own adventure there! The pier across the road is a long walk away if you wanted to dip during your session so probably wouldn’t recommend that. Highly recommend and will definitely be back on out next visit to Dingle😀

Draíochtúil. The sauna is in the most peaceful spot on the peninsula. Views of mount brandon looking out the front door and the 3 sisters out the main window. 10/10 very cute chickens too.

Had such a lovely experience at Sánas today! The sauna is in a great location with an amazing view overlooking the sea at the three sisters. The sauna is clean, there is a cold plunge in a wooden barrel and also a shower if the plunge isn't for you. Had a delicious coffee after the sauna served from their campervan/coffeshop on site which really hit the spot! I would highly recommend to anyone passing by to check it out!
