Samhradh's Sauna is a mobile set-up based at Cromane on the Iveragh Peninsula, always parked up near the sea, a river or a lake, so it's worth bringing flip-flops for the pebbly walk to the water. Silent, meditative sessions are a regular fixture, with the walk into the sea as much a part of the ritual as the heat itself.
