Sauna Cróga sits right on the pier at Cornamona, so Lough Corrib is a couple of steps from the door and the lake does the cooling. The sauna is spacious and well kept, and the view across the water is the reason people describe an hour here as a proper reset. Johnny looks after visitors well, and there's good coffee to follow.

“I visited Sauna Cróga in Cornamona and honestly it was such a nice reset 😌 The sauna right beside the lake with the views over Lough Corrib creates an amazing atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Everything is clean, well looked after and very relaxing. The best part is definitely the sauna followed by a cold dip in the lake and a coffee after 😅 Perfect place to unwind and warm up after a long week. Highly recommend for anyone who loves nature and a proper chill experience 🌿”
