Aine and the team are known for thoughtful touches like a lavender salt scrub, and regulars call the customer service some of the best they've found anywhere.

“I've done a few different saunas around the country but this is one of the nicest. Aine is super friendly with some very thoughtful touches like crocs for getting in and out of the water and a gorgeous lavender salt scrub to use before last dip in the water, highly recommend.”

“Serenity Saunas never fail to deliver. Always spotless, always improving. Particularly like the outdoor dressing bench and the faux grass. I have to say that the customer service is 110% - never fails to go completely over the top. Nothing is a problem, always flexible, helpful, friendly - everything! There is a reason I am a solid regular and will continue to be - thanks so much for everything you guys! Also - really enjoying the raised water level! Maybe keep it there for a while?! :D”
