Serenity's mobile sauna works two spots along the Shannon, at O'Briensbridge and Castleconnell, where the river itself provides the cold plunge. The setting is the point: quiet stretches of water, trees overhead, and an hour spent properly outdoors rather than in a room with a heater in it.
