About this sauna

Tucked behind a wall at the old Ballyglunin train station on a family farm in Galway, Sonny's is a cosy sauna for a small group, with two cold plunges and an outdoor shower. The setting is peaceful and a little bit unexpected, and visitors come away saying they feel properly refreshed. A lovely small escape.

“My sister's and I went to Sonnys Sauna today. We had a lovely time there. Nicely placed behind a wall tucked away in a corner. Great sauna which is also aesthetically pleasing. The set up contains two cold water baths and a shower. We will definitely return. Thank you Leila it's wonderful to have this on my doorstep ❤️❤️❤️”
