Sos Beag is behind a gate at Punchestown, and visitors keep describing what's inside as a secret garden. The sauna is big, kept around 95 degrees, and looks out into greenery, and beyond it there are three plunges at different temperatures and a wood-fired hot tub. Premium facilities in beautiful surroundings, and tranquil with it.

“Been here numerous times. Warm welcome, clean changing rooms, toilet on site. Perfectly kept sauna (circle 95 degrees), wood fired hot tub, no phone zone, chilled ice baths (different temps) and a dump bucket. 10/10 experience and ran by a sound bunch. Would highly reccomend.”
