“Unreal facility for anyone looking to recover after a busy week of work, life or sport. Have had teams in for sessions and the energy is unmatched. Going in the evenings alone is the ultimate relaxation. Normatec recovery boots for half an hour, then into the wet facilities for some contrast work. I always feel so much lighter in the legs 🦵 and head 🧠”
