Cold plunge
Soul Sea Sauna looks out over the water at Ardmore, and the sauna is big enough that nobody is packed in like sardines, as one relieved visitor put it. There are cold plunges of two temperatures, good showers and clean changing rooms. Pair it with the cliff walk and you have most of a very good day in Waterford.

“Great addition to Ardmore. Fab facilities, sauna, cold plunge, really cold pluge - rinse and repeat. Lovely chats with Damien the owner. Finshed with a crisp glass of white wine. Do yourself a favour if you are in the area and check it out - good for the soul!”

“My husband and I went to Ardmore last Saturday to visit SOUL SEA SAUNA and were very impressed...We had a beautiful walk along the beach and then had Divine food in SOULMATES Restaurant fantastic service were very accommodating smiling inviting chatty and also pet friendly loved the setting and decore ...then went onto the SAUNA was met by Damien booked us in showed us around giving information such friendly positive vibes view of the ocean chill out area very quirky and great personality touches without going over the top very impressive a very feel great area coming away feeling refreshed and relaxed in body and mind .. and to end our day we had the best ice-cream I have ever tasted around the corner in the shop unfortunately can't remember name Sorry ... I honestly felt I was in Spain we had a fantastic day ...so folks get yourselfs down for a visit you will be highly impressed as we were 😊”

“Myself & my fiancé visited on Sunday. What an incredible spot! Sauna is very spacious with a lovely view of the sea! The cold plunges are different temperatures based on how brave you’re feeling! & a lovely space to sit & relax in between. Highly recommend!”
