Saunas in Waterford

Waterford is the sunny south-east: the Copper Coast between Tramore and Dungarvan, Ardmore's cliff walk, Dunmore East's harbour, and some of the most swimmable water in the country. Its saunas are coastal to the core. They run the whole shore from Dunmore East in the east to Ardmore on the Cork border.

Ardmore has Soul Sea Sauna and The Hot Tub Hut. The Hot Pod has saunas at Dungarvan, Dunmore East and Kilmurrin Cove on the Copper Coast. Endorfin is at Boatstrand, another Copper Coast cove, The Stove Sauna is at Tramore, and Sauna Social is in Waterford. Barrel saunas lead, with a wood-fired and a mobile sauna among them, and cold plunges, changing areas, showers, a sea view and group bookings feature. Wexford and Cork continue the coast either side, and Kilkenny and Tipperary are inland. Tramore is the easy option from Waterford city, ten minutes down the road; Dunmore East and the Copper Coast coves are the ones to build a whole day around.
