The sauna runs properly hot at over 100 degrees, the plunge pool is roomy enough to find your own space, and a hot tub seats five or six. Regulars describe the atmosphere as genuinely relaxing, and memberships make it good value for anyone visiting weekly.

“I can’t rate this place enough. The staff are amazing and the atmosphere is such a good vibe. Sauna plunge pool and hot tub are superb quality. I have left feeling amazing and can’t wait to go back. They even have pizzas and drinks and a little chill out area for after your session. I would highly recommend. Thanks for having us!”

“An incredible place with incredible staff. Always a good atmosphere, staff make you feel extremely welcome and are salt of the earth people. The sauna, cold plunge and jacuzzi are perfect and you can see the attention that goes into making sure each one is at the perfect temperature. If you’re looking for a regular sauna spot look no further, this is the one!”

“Great experience, always recommending to friends and family. Sauna is always kept at good heat, 100 degrees plus. Plunge pool is roomy that you can have your own space to take a breath. Hot tub sits 5-6. We’ve always chatted and had a great atmosphere in the sauna district. I’ve even been to a mothered movement event with meditation and yoga. Only thing I’d mention to new comers is the toilets are in the gaa club. Mike, Lindsay and Kevin have always been so welcoming too!”

“My husband and I visit the Sauna District multiple times a week- we love it! We invested in one of the membership packages which is great value for us. It is such a friendly and relaxing environment and a great place to unwind. The staff really make it, and a special mention must go to Kevin who always looks after everyone so well. We are so lucky to have such a fab facility in our village, it is a real gem!”

“If you haven't been to The Sauna District yet, you are seriously missing out! 🔥 From the heat of the massive sauna to the refreshing shock of the ice bath, the contrast therapy here is brilliant. It's a great spot to catch up with friends or book out the private hut for a great day or night out including food and drinks. Love the music, the friendly super friendly owner, and the brilliant social area. 10/10 recommend! 🙌💦”
