At Inchicore, Hot Box Sauna run their SweatPlungeRelax format of heat, cold immersion, then recovery, in saunas hand-built in Ireland by sister company Aalto Saunas. It's one stop on a network that started in 2021 with a single trailer sauna on the banks of the Boyne.

“I am a huge fan of the Hotbox Sauna, particularly their Inchicore location! We go twice a week for recovery sessions after the Gym. The staff are always very friendly and they take your feedback seriously. Recently they have added more upgrades such as shelves and hooks for your towels. Just yesterday I noticed they have made the larger plunge into a hot plunge and the smaller one into the cold plunge. This makes sense as more people stay in the hot plunge for longer! Keep up the good work 🙏”
