Voya's sauna at Strandhill looks out over one of Sligo's best-known stretches of coast, and the view is a good part of the draw. The heat stays consistent, the plunge pool is crystal clear, and visitors note that it never feels overcrowded. Calm, well looked after and welcoming, with the beach right there when you want the sea instead.

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely loved it. Such a brilliant addition to Strandhill for the local crew and visitors alike. The welcome was so friendly and relaxed, and you can tell the team really care about giving everyone a great experience. Everything was explained really well, so you could just switch off and enjoy it. The sauna is properly hot and cosy, with unreal views looking out at the waves. Then it’s straight into the 8°C plunge pool, which is a shock to the system in the best possible way! Breathing through your nose helps for sure. It’s one of those places that captures everything that’s great about Strandhill. Good people, great atmosphere and an incredible setting. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about when we’d come back. Couldn’t recommend it enough. Great value and a must do whether you’re coming in from a surf or just looking for a proper reset.”

“What a perfect way to round off a busy weekend!!! #MayoforSam Decided to go for some R&R and it did not disappoint. Amazing new sauna felt really spacious inside, lovely helpful staff... encouraged me to do the plunge pool afterwards and they were right let's just say the endorphin release afterward wash away any trepidation!! Lovely views and great facilities. We will be back. Thanks so much ,what a great way to reset !”
