At Rosses Point, Hot Box Sauna bring their SweatPlungeRelax format of heat, cold immersion, then recovery to the Sligo coast, in saunas hand-built in Ireland by sister company Aalto Saunas. They began in 2021 with a single trailer sauna on the banks of the Boyne before expanding to pitches like this one.
