“Went today for the first time. Actually had gotten some passes from my trainer/coach Alan Quin Fitness. Fabulous experience, friendly staff and laid back atmosphere with stunning views from sauna and cold plunge baths. Had trained in the gym in the morning and it was the perfect thing to do in the afternoon. Haven't felt so relaxed in a very long time. Highly recommend it to anyone training as brilliant for recovery but to anyone in general just for some time out. Will definitely be back 😁”
