There are two spacious saunas, separate indoor changing rooms, outdoor cold baths and showers, and a short walk down to the sea that visitors say makes all the difference. Good coffee afterwards is part of the routine.

“A fresh sea swim and sauna, followed by a good coffee. You couldn’t ask for more! The staff are super friendly. Two spacious saunas and changing rooms. The quick walk to the sea makes all the difference. This is my favourite spot to relax in Galway!”

Separate upgraded changing rooms and lovely set up with new showers and bath locations - really makes a huge difference to this sauna experience. Sauna views still gorgeous. I love the short walk to the sea for a cold dip. Can be quite busy at times.”

“I've enjoyed the services of Power Saunas Silver strand Galway for over a year. I look forward to going at the weekends. I also get to use the Sauna before work as it opens at 1pm weekdays. Amazing set up and the most beautiful from the large window.”
