A rural spot just outside Dundalk with a roasting hot sauna, cold plunges and spacious changing rooms, and it does exactly what the name promises. Longer sessions are available, which groups make good use of. Friendly hosts and a quiet setting make it a favourite for a girls' evening or a couple of hours away from the small children.

“Lovely evening at the rejuvenation station with three girl pals. Spacious changing rooms, roasting hot sauna out with essential oils, Cold outdoor plunge pool (really cold on Saturday evening in the snow) and fabulous hot tub. Would recommend to anyone who wants time out.”

“4 of us had a fantastic 2-hour session at the Rejuvenation station to round off Christmas and couldn’t recommend it more. The sauna was perfectly hot to help sweat out some of the holiday excess, the cold plunge was refreshing, and the hot tub was incredibly relaxing — a great balance overall. The changing rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, which made the whole experience even better. The location is convenient and easy to get to, and what really stood out were the hosts — genuinely friendly, welcoming, and attentive and we were left to enjoy the facilities. You can tell they really care about creating a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“Rejuvenation station does exactly what it says on the tin. Have visited a few times now and it's incredible each time Sonya and Vytas have done such a great job and are constantly looking for ways to provide the best experience. Each time I've been the place had been spotless and welcoming. The location is fabulous... You would think you're a million miles away from everything with the views and the peace and quiet but you only have to make a 7 minute journey from Dundalk 😍 Definitely worth a visit(or ten!!!)”

“Myself and my husband visited the rejuvenation station after becoming first time parents for a bit of relaxation. This is just what we needed. Hot tub, sauna and ice baths were perfect to revitalise, rejuvenate and reconnect. Facilities are absolutely top notch and clean, everything has been done with so much love. We will be definitely booking back in for a date night in the near future.”
