“Absolutely brilliant experience. Location is so easy to get to, views of Slieve Foy and Carlingford are just beautiful. Philip couldn’t have been nicer, made sure we nicely settled as we arrived slightly late and frazzled! He popped in and out at just the right time to make sure we were topped up with Prosecco 😊 10/10 experience which I would totally recommend”

“Had an amazing time here today while in Carlingford for a hen! The sauna was fantastic and the views over the marina are gorgeous. The seaweed cold plunge was so refreshing! Changing facilities were clean and well set up too. Highly recommend for a group celebration, we all had a brilliant time.”

“Philip was very good from the moment I made the booking until the attention and care received on the day, the whole experience was excellent. He was welcoming, professional, and attentive, making everything smooth and relaxing from start to finish. The sauna facilities were clean, well-maintained, and created a very calming atmosphere. I really appreciated the level of customer service and how comfortable they made me feel throughout the visit. I would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back. It was a hen party and our lovely bride was delighted with ! He also guaranteed the place just for our group .”

“Philip is an absolute Gent and accommodated 14 of us last minute. Saunas and changing rooms are spotless. Lots of choice for cold plunge (Pier, Beach, Barrell). Hot and cold showers ready to go at all Times too. Great way to spend an hour after hiking Slieve Foye. Highly recommended.”

“We booked the sauna and cold plunge experience with Philip for my friend’s hen and it was honestly one of the highlights of the whole weekend. We did the Prosecco experience on the pier in Carlingford and it was such a gorgeous mix of relaxing, refreshing and genuinely good craic 🍾🌊 Philip was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. He created such a lovely atmosphere and made the whole experience feel really special and easy going. Everything was so well set up and thoughtful. It felt like such a unique treat and everyone came away saying how much they loved it. Would 100% recommend for hens, birthdays or even just a catch up with friends. Such a memorable experience in a stunning setting!”
