About this sauna

Hot Box Sauna's Carlingford Marina pitch follows the brand's SweatPlungeRelax format of heat, cold immersion, then recovery, in saunas hand-built in Ireland by sister company Aalto Saunas. They started in 2021 with a single trailer sauna on the banks of the Boyne before growing into the string of pitches they run today.

“Brought a friend for her 40th birthday with both our 1st time booking into carlingford. It exceeded both our expectations as we loved each saunas viewpoint, the calm hottub and the easy access to the lough. The site has a clean working toilet and clean open changing areas. Will definitely call again. Good value for money with a gorgeous coffee doc across from it. A little gem of a site”
