Shamrock is a real find in the Wicklow hills: three saunas, six ice baths and a river to plunge in if you want the cold that nature made. The saunas are big and have windows, which suits anyone who would rather not sit in the dark. Big enough to host a crowd, friendly enough to go alone, and perfect after a run in the hills.
