The Wild Rover keeps a wood-burning sauna in the Wicklow countryside near Newtownmountkennedy, with ice-cold plunges and a barrel to finish in. Sessions run 50 minutes and walk-ins are welcome, which is rarer than it ought to be. Newly opened, and priced to make it an easy habit rather than an occasional treat.
