Ritual Sauna & Coffee is a custom-built sauna overlooking Lough Derg in Dromineer, with a lake dip before the wood-fired heat and a wider programme of run club, yoga and Pilates classes alongside coffee afterwards. Regulars call the setting one of the best in Europe, and occasional breathwork sessions add an extra layer to the usual ritual.
