About this sauna
Sona sits beside a tidal pool at Belmullet, which means the cold half of the ritual is the Atlantic itself, a few steps from the door. The sauna is generously sized and plenty hot, with easy changing and both drop-ins and private rentals. Go at high tide if you can. Morgan's welcome is the other thing people mention.

“What an experience! We booked the Sauna for an hour and combined it with quick dips in the tidal pool which is adjacent... I feel completely renewed, mentally & physically... The sauna is easy to book, great value, spotless, hot and easy to access... We're in Belmullet for two nights & are booking in again for tomorrow morning... Highly recommend... we'll be back!!”
