Celtic Sauna sits right beside the beach at Spanish Point, so the Atlantic is the cold plunge and there are showers alongside for anyone who would rather not. It's a smartly finished wood-fired sauna with beautiful views out over the Clare coast. Even the cold-water sceptics report not feeling it much after a proper session in the heat.
