“Visited Sauna Suaimhneas yesterday with a few friends and absolutely loved it. Niamh gave us such a warm welcome and had a lovely selection of essential oils to choose from, plus a body scrub included, which was a really nice touch. The whole place has such a calm, relaxing atmosphere, and we left feeling completely refreshed. Can't wait to come back—would highly recommend!”

“I've been to the Whitestrand sauna in Miltown about 5 times now and LOVE it ! The view out the window of the sauna is postcard perfect. The interior of the sauna is always fresh and clean, all well-maintained. Always a friendly staff member there to help! Easy to book online, or with a simple text. I'd only been to a few sauna locations before this when I was in West Cork, but I have to say, this is the best of any I've been to!”
