About this sauna

Seafoam Sauna sits right on Doolin Pier looking out at the Cliffs of Moher and Inis Oírr, part of the Wild Atlantic Seaweed Baths set-up, so a seaweed bath is on hand right beside it if you want to make a full session of it. Expect serious heat followed by a cold plunge in a barrel of fresh sea water, which regulars call 'like medicine.'

Had a sauna sesh before our seaweed bath and it was well worth it. They get it suuuuuper hot and then you take a cold plunge in the barrel filled with fresh sea water and it’s like medicine. So so good.

Lovely views and it’s piping hot - loved it + seaweed bath right next to it which I highly recommend

I cannot recommend this experience enough! As a self proclaimed seaweed bath connoisseur, no one does it better than Wild Atlantic Way. Right on the Doolin Pier overlooking the Cliffs of Moher and Inis Oírr soak in a recycled whiskey barrel and freshly clean foraged seaweed. They’re incredibly accommodating and kind. There’s a cold plunge and cold shower to dip in and out of as well as a personal tap to refill your tub with hot ocean water. You will leave with your skin feeling soft as a seal for days! They also have a stunning sauna.
